Prior to your visit
We ask that our new patients arrive 20 minutes early on their initial visit to fill out all necessary paperwork. To save time, we can also send you the forms via your email address. You can fill them out and send them back, or print and bring them completed to your first visit. We also ask that all patients wear comfortable fitting clothing or athletic wear, or bring some to change in to if necessary.

Consult
All consultations are free at FirstMove and will be performed prior to your examination. We will discuss your case and determine if FirstMove is right for you.

Examination
You will be taken through a comprehensive examination to investigate your chief complaint, as well as put through a functional assessment to determine underlying contributing dysfunctions. The results of your examination and functional assessment, combined with your history, will help determine the best treatment plan for you.

Treatment
You will most likely receive treatment on your first visit. The type of treatment selected will be determined by your individual findings and diagnosis. An individualized treatment plan option will then be recommended. In order for you to regain health or increase performance quickly, we create a plan that is uniquely tailored to your goals.

Payment
FirstMove Performance Health does not currently participate in insurance plans. However you may request a superbill and records to submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. All payments to FirstMove are due at time of service.
